Despite their language barrier, the lack of school supplies/resources, and the lack of technology in my classroom, my diverse young students are so excited to learn and grow. My priority as a Second Language Educator is to give each student every opportunity to grow beyond everyone's expectations. Having an ELMO in the classroom to work with will help us move towards that goal.
