These supplies represent a broad range of mixed media that is covered in class through research and discussion. The supplies will enhance student exploration, experimentation, and engagement in art because having them available for students to utilize in hands on activities will foster mastery through process. Encouraging my students to get their hands dirty with the tools and materials used by artists covered in class activates all learning styles. The products selected foster an immersive experience where students achieve creative success. For example the block/mono printing provide backgrounds for adding color and details with the paint and ink making positive images.
