First graders love to be read to, and more importantly they love learning to read themselves. My students are so proud about their reading achievements and excited to learn and read more. Out school is one of the oldest in town and we lack newer resources for our students. I try to create a safe, welcoming and enriching learning environment for my students and we always try to make do with the materials we have.
