My time at a Title 1 school has been an amazing experience full of personal lessons and change. Coming from an improvement status school teaches you where you need to focus your instruction and push your students to greatness. I feel that in this year we have learned and grown beyond belief, but now I need to step up my strategies. Using hands on manipulatives and anchor charts have really motivated and helped my kids. I would like to take this one step further by providing a place of alternative seating and flexible choices.
