I am teaching Language Arts and Social Studies to two fourth grade classes. I am at in an inner city school with a high poverty rate. A lot of my students have little or no support at home in terms of their education. That doesn't deter a lot of my students, they are eager to learn. I believe in hands on and food projects to engage my students.
