I have 22 students in my classroom. My students attend an inner city school. My school has more than 700 students. My school welcomes its diverse student population and implements a variety of experiences to reach out to our school community. Some of our more noteworthy events include Literacy Volunteers Program, Family Dinners, Family Fun and Learning Nights, Neighborhood Clean-Up, and the Spring Community Art Show which showcases the art work of students, parents, staff and community volunteers. My students come to school eager to learn new things everyday. They work very hard to complete all tasks throughout the day.
