As an elementary school counselor, I have the opportunity to work with 520 PK-5th grade students on their academic, social, and career development. Most days are filled with a love of learning for my students and great joy found in friendships at school. Other days can bring sadness or anger as some of my students have to deal with tough issues and personal struggles. Through the good and bad, I always tell my students that we are in it together! We will work hard, overcome, and persevere. If possible, we will dig deep and find the joy in knowing we are not alone!

About my class
