Each student will get their own yoga mat. Students can choose to take their shoes/socks off if they want to. Students will strengthen their bodies, minds, and souls through guided meditation and yoga. Students will learn tools to help them throughout their entire lives to combat stress, anxiety, and perfectionism. Students will learn about yoga studios nearby that they can go to to further pursue yoga if it resonates with them. Students will be able to work on solo yoga poses, and partner yoga poses (as soon as the Pandemic is clear).
