I have wanted to be a teacher since I was old enough to speak! I love every minute of my job! I can't imagine ever doing anything else. I teach in a low-income, Title I funded school district. My students are so special to me. They don't have a lot but they have huge hearts! My students are grateful for anything and everything. Most of them do not have educational materials at home. They are eager to come to school and learn and view our classroom as a safe place where they can grow and have fun. I am constantly trying to make learning fun and engaging at the same time.
