My students are high school students that are studying Early Childhood Care and Education at a Career and Technology High School. The students in the program will study Early Childhood in depth over the course of 4 years. Students will complete a comprehensive program that includes CDA Ready Certificate, CPR Certificate, FEMA Certificate, 120 hours of instruction and 480 hours of working with young children. This program is a rigorous program that follows Competency Task Lists as dictated by the state of Pennsylvania. Students enrolled in the program have a natural ability to work with children, the passion for teaching and the commitment to make a difference in young children's lives.
