The items I am requesting will encourage my students to see learning in a whole different way instead of on a computer screen, which is what they have been used to during the previous 2 school years due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. My students will be able to use their creative minds and discover coding in a whole new way with the Bee-Bot System. They will work in groups and individually writing down directional codes of where they are intending the Bee-Bots to go on the community mats. The iRobot will be used as a way for students to use the tablet provided to control the motion, action, and direction of the robot. The Plus-plus blocks will be used as a way for students to creatively build objects, vehicles, structures, in a fun and inviting way!
