Nearpod is a way to make lessons more interactive. Students can go through a lesson with me or on their own. And as we go through the lesson, I can add review items or activities to engage students more and reinforce their learning. Each student in our school was given a Chromebook this year and I'd really like to utilize them better. In the past, most of my formative assessments were done verbally because my classes are so big. Now I can see how each student is progressing and students are "forced" to be a bit more engaged in my lessons.
