I am a proud but humble teacher who teaches a classroom of 29 2nd graders. It is a general education classroom. I have 2 students with IEPs ( Individualized Education Plan) and one autistic student that has been mainstreamed into the classroom. They are part of the Detroit Public School district in Detroit, Michigan. ALL of them are in the Free Lunch program because all of them come from low income families. All of my students love being in school and they have a passion for learning new things.
