I teach a very culturally diverse group of 3rd and 4th graders. Our school is located in a suburban area and 42% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. While we are a small school district we often times lack the same funding as some of the larger school districts in New Jersey. I want my students to experience hands on learning and enjoying the newest ideas in education. Having the ability to create a STEAM Lab in my school would allow my students to enjoy learning valuable 21st skills.
