I teach first grade in a suburban school district. Our school houses approximately 750 students in grades K-4. My classroom is filled with 23 high ability first graders with a thirst for knowledge. They are bright, enthusiastic learners who thrive on challenge. We work at an accelerated pace to cover both the first and second grade curricula in one academic year.
