My students are full of curiosity and questions. This group has been my most visual learners over the years and they strive to "look" at things in various ways. They are intrigued with learning new ideas and are interested in learning differing strategies for concepts. Their socioeconomic backgrounds and academic abilities vary in a wide range that keeps each day unique and lively. I currently service students ranging from gifted and talented through those with cognitive disabilities. Our school utilizes inclusion classrooms for most students so they work in the general education setting and not in self-contained classes. This makes reaching all students more challenging but not impossible with the right tools.
