The 5th graders are inquisitive about the world in which they live in. Their very spirited in wanting to know how things work and they are continual in asking questions. The school in which they attend is an urban over crowded public school. Science books are a novelty at the school. All most all of the students do not have access to the Internet, since they live in a low income community.
