My students are amazing. They come in every day ready to learn, however they do not have all of the tools they need to be successful. Our school is a high poverty and at risk school in a very small town in Kentucky. The resources available are limited. This is my first year in this school and there are no books! The few books that are accessible to the students are old and uninspiring. My students love to read, however we do not have the resources for them to reach their full potential.
