Our classroom needs a set of Chromebooks to access the technology skills required in the general education setting. The students will also benefit by being able to access specialized curriculum in reading, writing, and math. The Chromebooks will allow students to focus on specific skills while I meet with small groups to meet IEP goals. The Chromebooks will also give students opportunities to complete projects that require research and more in depth study of a subject. The individual practice with technology will help to prepare students for the rigors of middle school and instill confidence in their achievements within the classroom.
