Many of our younger learners (and some of the older ones!) struggle with the demands of having to sit still for long hours of the school day. While we do our best as teachers to meet their needs for movement throughout the day, the difference a simple chair can make to aid in attention and focus is immense! Flexible seating allows students choice in how they can be both comfortable, and productive, as learners. Students are able to move in a safe way, opposed to leaning around in standard chairs and often ending up on the floor! Please help my students meet their needs for movement while learning in the reading room with flexible seating options. Thank you!

About my class
