I teach at a school in Florida. There are over twenty students in my first grade class. I specialize in educating children with limited English proficiency. Almost all of my students are Hispanic. The children love story-time and are very fond of 'If You Give a Mouse a Cookie...' This is a fun story with great illustrations - and very useful for getting the students to use their imagination and to make lively predictions. They children would love to read all of the books in the 'If You Give...' series.
