My students come from a diverse multicultural background and lower social economic area in the county. Unlike some schools in the county our students don't have the means to bring their own technology to the classroom. There are simply not enough devices to meet all the needs of the students in the school let alone my classroom. The students in classrooms that have the sufficient technology, become highly motivated and engaged in the content as well as developing skills that are relevant in the 21st century. Students have also shown improved academic progress by keeping up with assignments and projects.
