My students all have individual needs that cannot be serviced in the general education setting. Some come from well to do families, but most do not. Having the ability to use technology as a motivation will allow my students to be on the same page as their peers. Being in a low income based school does not allow us to splurge on these much needed technologies, but a mobile classroom will help level the playing field.
