Every year we explore how living things grow. Some of the things that we learn about are plants, frogs, chickens, and butterflies. In the past, the students have not been able to watch chickens grow in our own classroom, but this year we would like to watch our own chickens grow! At the end of our living things project we will invite our parents to come to our classroom to see what we have grown and the students will get a chance to talk to their parents about the things that have been growing in our classroom. Having an incubator in our classroom will get us one step closer to being able to observe all the things that make up our living things unit.
