The use of the LEGO Education robotics STEAM kit allows students to develop critical thinking as well as problem solving skill. This year students learned about space exploration, and the challenges faced at NASA through the FLL challenge; each year the challenge will change. The STEAM robotics kits are kept and used for years to come as part of our robotics class. Using the STEAM kit from LEGO, is preparing our students for the future by developing skills in science, communication, technology, problem solving and teamwork. This opportunity also exposes the students to the many job possibilities within this field and sparks their interest.
