Writing and counting are a daily activity. The composition books will help my students learn the correct way of writing the letters. They will be motivated to draw and write. The sentence strips will help me teach my students how to identify letters, words and sentences. For math, the ten frames will help my students compose and decompose numbers 1 through 20. This is important since it is a 1st grade level goal. The counting tray will support students who are needing extra counting support. It will support them because it is hands-on.
