All my students have one common attribute -- they all want to learn. Nevertheless, the students in my class come with a wide range of abilities. Some of them are ready for the challenges of complex two-step equations, and some still need work on basic math skills. Advanced students understand concepts easily and can work on problems independently, while others need to hear a lesson several times and process information at a slower pace. I also teach computer programming as an elective. It is so much fun, especially when so many of my students love creating their own programs that are not assigned or for a grade.
