I work at a Title I school and there are many things that my students families are not able to afford. I am honored to work at a school that provides school supplies, lunch, & breakfast to these students. I am trying to make my classroom safe, happy, comfortable, & enjoyable because a lot of my kids don't have this at home. School is the only routine these students have and I try my best each day to make my classroom a safe place for these kids. I tell them we are all a family since we are together everyday. Many do not have a safe family environment, and the sad reality is, that myself and the students are the only "family" these kids have.

About my class
