With more than 770 students, our school is home to the elementary G.A.T.E. Magnet Program for our district. My students are an amazing mixture of 3rd and 4th grade G.A.T.E. (Gifted and Talented Education) students. They are inquisitive, love hands-on projects, and thrive on sharing their knowledge with their peers. Since our class is a combination of two grade levels, we are able to collaborate with the other 3rd and 4th grade G.A.T.E. classes. Being gifted, these students have incredible potential. Due to the economic crises, our school is limited with the amount of funds available to update our technology. I love to see my students excited about learning and I would be thrilled to bring additional creativity to my fabulous students.
