My fifth grade students are avid readers and learners. They are always eager to learn new things, but really come alive when those lessons are taught with, or explored using technology. Our school has over 1,000 students and not nearly enough technology to go around. Our student population has more technology at home than we do at school and they are used to working on that technology at home. It's too bad they can't have the same experience at school.
