I teach Health Fitness (PreKindergarten - 5th grade) at a very diverse school. Some of my students are ESL and some are Gifted and Talented. Many of them inquire about healthy habits and want to learn more about increasing strength and endurance. A lot of them have participated in the Oliver Foundation and are in the midst of changing the way they eat and exercise.
