My scholars are being educated in an urban district with minimal funding available. They attend an inner city public school and the majority of my students come from families who believe in the power of education. However, poverty keeps many families from being able to afford the very basic supplies. I purchase supplies for many of my students so they have the tools they need to succeed. My students deserve every opportunity to learn. Having a variety of educational tools will help enhance their learning.
