Our students make up a Title I school where 98% of our students attending are low-income and at-risk. The challenges facing our students is having little or no access to technology; a camcorder would allow my students to flourish in their learning by thinking outside the box when it comes to reading novels. The presentation pointer would allow my students to supplement their novel-based creative PowerPoint. These items will allow my students to creatively jump into 21st century and motivate differentiated learning for all students and a greater appreciation for the limitless creativity a good book can initiate.
