I will use these supplies as materials for labs. My students will draw sidewalk size neurons and brains as review for their exam. They will ceate pipe cleaner neurotransmitters as we learn about biological psychology. In Developmental Psychology they will create 5 pound “flour babies” and carry them around for a week. By doing so they will learn about the hard work it takes for proper child development. They will also be able to hold and read their own book, “Brain on Fire”, as we apply what we have learned in class to a real life story of a young adult.
