My students need more technology in the classroom. Students love to learn with technology because it makes learning fun! Tablets will encourage my students to increase their reading skills and be better prepared for the next grade level! Our school district has amazing software to help students with reading and math skills. However, we have limited computers in our classrooms, and we do not get to access the program as much as we could if we had tablets. Funding tablets for our classroom will directly impact students and their academic achievement. They would have access to district web-based software. Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand and not on whether their materials are going to work or not. Plus, in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology! Please fund our students' futures and support their ultimate goals to succeed in life!
