This year, I have 28 fourth graders. Many of them are new to the area. I am honored to work with many military families. Although we are sad when they leave us, we appreciate what they do for our community and for our country. My school is very diverse, with over 23 languages spoken. My students are a lot of fun! They love to learn and share their ideas. They are kind and helpful to each other. I build on this in my classroom by encouraging partner-work, teamwork, and community leadership. My students rise to the challenge each time. They enjoy being leaders and important community members!
