My third grade students are in a public school from Nevada. Each of them has a passion for writing. During writer's workshop they love to check their spelling and replace overly used words with "fancy" words. They have such pride when they share their revised work. When the students get to this revision process they struggle because of our lack of classroom dictionaries.
