Having a set of Chromebooks and headphones for small group instructions/center time will allow my students to receive differentiated instructions on skills taught in our daily lessons. Students will get a chance to practice current skills being taught as well as review previous taught skills they may not have mastered. Having this extra reinforcement using the Chromebooks will ensure my students are successful and ready for 3rd grade. The use of the headphones will ensure students aren't distracted and are able to focus on what they are learning. Not only will this project help close the gap for some students and excel others, this project will prepare my students for online standardized testing. It is important that my students see colorful pictures while completing various task. Sometimes the black and white pictures are hard for my students to figure out what is in the picture. The color printer will help students complete their task.
