I have the pleasure to teach at a "Last Chance" High School for going on four years now. I teach three courses, Dance, Yoga, and Pilates. The main event in the three exercise based classes is getting students to move and find a type of exercise that they enjoy. In addition, we take time to look at anatomy, systems of the body, and nutrition.
