In designing my classroom, I want to know that our space reflects what I value most about children and learning. All of the materials should represent every child in our class. Having a variety of options available for my students to do their best learning, including bike pedals, bands, wobble stools, and traditional seating, sends them a message of inclusion and worth. Instilling a love of reading, especially for students who struggle to sit, will be easier if these students can move. The sky is the limit for all children when they’re empowered to learn! Please help make a difference!
