My students range from the 9th grade up to the twelfth grade. I have both males and females in the Family and Consumer Sciences area. Our school is a public high school. We are one of three in the county. Most of our students fall into the low to middle socio-economic category. Hands-on activities help students to reinforce the material and learn more about the unit of instruction. I have students who are athletic and students who focus more on academics; but, all like to take Foods & Nutrition classes.
