These bats will allow my economically disadvantaged student athletes be able to have the best equipment to compete against the other top teams. Most of my athletes can not afford to purchase all the equipment to play baseball. The purchase of these bats will allow the school to put money towards other equipment needed to play or improve the players skills. Baseball is one sport that you can fail 7 out of 10 times and be a hero, it is also one of the most demoralizing sports you can play. Baseball prepares these young men to be able to face adversity and whether they win or lose get ready for the next challenge.
