I will use these materials to teach lab activities that are based on: 1) Diffusion of iodine and glucose, 2) Testing for starch, 3) Testing for sugar, 4) Cellular respiration in yeast and humans, 5) Photosynthesis, 6) Testing for acids and bases, 7) Water pollution. The requested balances and chemicals will make a big difference in my students' learning because they need to complete a set of laboratory activities in order to meet the state requirements to sit for the regents exam in biology. This will also help them obtain better grades in class.
