The students at this elementary school in Detroit are the best in the world! They have shown that no matter what they have (or don't have) in terms of supplies and opportunities in their community, they still have the drive and determination to come out on top. My students are on the Autism Spectrum, and there are always things that we will need help with that will enable them to learn and grow. Our functional academic curriculum requires that their learning take place both in and outside of the school. Help me help them!
