My fifth grade public school students are children from a low income area. They are very excited about environmental science, but do not have the financial ability to provide any of the tools for advanced learning. We want to involve all of the students in the school in our environmental science goals, and students are excited ! All of our STEAM and reading goals need assistance from those who care to make these students critical thinkers and inventors for the future. "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world" said Nelson Mandela; for my poverty level students, education will change their world and the world around them.
