I have 26 active first graders who are creative, love to read, and enjoy using technology for research. We are in the Metro Atlanta Area. We are in a very high poverty are and many of my students face hard circumstances once they leave school. They love to learn. Whenever we complete an activity that allows them to think outside of the box and be creative; they always impress me with their work. My students love to read. They enjoy all genres of books from non-fiction to fantasy. Their favorite genre is Realistic Fiction. They love being able to relate to stories and share their personal experiences. I believe this allows them to become better readers because of their connection to text. Please help me give my students the most simulating, influential, stable environment possible. Any donation is helpful and I thank you for taking the time to read about my students.
