I teach sixth grade at a low-income school. My students are very focused on learning and I have done all I can to write grants and obtain up-to-date technology for the classroom. I do not want my students to be at a technological disadvantage just because they have few resources available to them (most do not have a computer at home). In the classroom, my students work on computers daily, and I present lessons using a document camera and a Promethean Board (interactive white board connected to my laptop).
