My students are dual language learners. They nurture their first language and embrace their learning in English. My students practice their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages. The headsets with microphones that I am requesting will help my students practice these language skills. By donating to our project, you will ensure that my students block out the noise from the other engaged students while they practice their receptive and productive skills. My students will use these devices to listen to educational podcasts, speak with other classmates in collaborative sessions, read and record themselves to practice their fluency, and allow them to edit their writing process as they continuously read aloud their drafts. I hope you choose to donate to our project, so my students can focus on improving their language learning. Thank you.
