Hi Everyone! Thank you for viewing my page! In September, I will begin my 4th year as a 1st grade teacher in an urban school district in Hudson County, NJ. I absolutely love going into work everyday and making a difference in the lives of my students. Many of my students come from non-english speaking households and the only English they speak and read is in our classroom. The more they practice reading, the better readers they become! In the past, with the help of some amazing donors, I was able to create a warm and inviting reading center/library and was provided with excellent word work centers that really engage my students. I am continuing to look for new things daily to engage my students and help them love learning as much as I do. Thank you to everyone that chooses to donate! You too can make a difference in the life of a child!
