I am a special education teacher working specifically with students with disabilities. My scholars are elementary school students from San Diego, CA. Many of my students are brilliant academically and most come from lower socio-economic background and their parents are new immigrants to the United States. These young men and women are the future leaders of America. My scholars work with me both in class and in small groups on valuable social skills to keep them successful in the classroom. We are working night and day to ensure that our students future is as bright as the look in their eyes each morning. In order to do this we must help them beat the odds through extra programming. It would be lovely if you could lend a helping hand!
